Huang Ying is an International Security PhD Candidate at Tsinghua University. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a bachelor's degree in Albanian and culture with Diplomacy. Ying obtained her master's degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She worked as a research assistant at the School of European Languages and Cultures of Beijing Foreign Studies University, and is a member of Tsinghua University’s Center for International Security and Strategy where she studies civil war, international conflict, and post-conflict transition. She is proficient in English, Arabic, Spanish and French.
